Live Streaming Setup

HTTP LargeThis platform has been optimized to cache and deliver static content (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ISO, multimedia, and software downloads, etc.) over HTTP or HTTPS.
Dynamic Cloud PackagingThis streaming solution facilitates HLS and/or MPEG-DASH playback of live or on-demand content. A live stream may be pushed to this service via RTMP.

The following tasks must be performed to stream a live event:

Set up a live authentication key that grants an encoder permission to push a stream to our servers.

Create an Instance

Create a Dynamic Cloud Packaging instance through which streams will be ingested and played back.

Set up Stream Broadcasting

Encoder

Configure an encoder to broadcast one or more streams to a Dynamic Cloud Packaging event.

Implement a Media Player

Media Player

Create a media player that points to the above stream(s) and then distribute it to the desired viewers.
