How do I troubleshoot a slow data transfer rate?

Check for packet loss between the user and CDN storage by pinging the rsync host. Sample ping command: ping -n 20 rsync.

Check the network path between the user and CDN storage by performing a traceroute to the rsync host. Sample traceroute command: tracert rsync.

Perform a speed test to determine whether an ISP is affecting performance. |
A timeout error occurs when uploading content to CDN storage.
Modifying the SFTP client configuration as indicated below.
- Set the timeout setting to 9999.
- Verify that the Keep Alive option is enabled.
I cannot create a folder or file called "Con."
Creating a folder named "Con" will cause it to be displayed as "CSHOFG%7EF" from the MCC. However, a SFTP client or an HTTP request will be able to successfully access the "con" folder and its contents. This issue arises since "Con" is a reserved file system name in the Windows operating system.
